
Your Treatment Experience
Queensbridge Skin Clinic is truly focused on those small touches of luxury. Whether that be a cold glass of water, a cup of herbal tea, a gorgeous chocolate treat or a take home complimentary aftercare gift, it’s these little touches that make the difference.

Upon booking a treatment, your clinic experience is split into three – the consultation, the treatment and the aftercare.

1. The consultation
All clients start with a consultation sent to you directly via a text message 24 hours prior to your treatment. For facial treatment clients, this includes a skin health questionnaire with informed consent forms and for spray tan clients, a consultation form to understand your medical history. Whatever treatment you choose, the objective of the consultation is to understand your goals.

Please note, for all new facial treatment clients that are looking for regular treatments, a consultation is required before any further treatments can be booked. This is so that I can analyse your skin and determine which treatments are most suitable for you. Head to the ‘New Facial Treatment Client’ category on the booking system and select the ‘Consultation and Bespoke Circadia Facial’ treatment. Clients will receive a personalised treatment and homecare plan, mapped out over the next 6 months to ensure you’re booking the right treatments for you, at the right time. One-off facials can be booked and are highlighted on my booking system.

There is no commitment required to this plan - it is simply treatment recommendations that can either be followed to achieve optimum results, or used as a reference when deciding what facial treatments to book in with me.

2. The treatment
Upon entering Queensbridge Skin Clinic, you can relax and unwind during your treatment in my peaceful clinic. Whether it’s pure relaxation you’re after or some friendly chit-chat, just let me know the experience you would like and I will provide that environment for you.

3. Aftercare
Your aftercare advice will be discussed with you following your treatment and you will also receive this information by email for you to easily refer to. If there are any homecare products that could be beneficial to your treatment plan, these will also be explained to you.
